Our Graduate Program is a development program for domestic and international graduates from any discipline who want to enter the in-demand field of data management.

We’ve worked on some of Australia’s biggest data management projects in our 15-year history. You’ll learn from and work with senior consultants who are all CDMP-certified, with 30+ years of experience and the ability ensure that data management projects deliver value across the whole organisation. Keep learning
We’re serious about the evolving practice of data management. As one of only four Registered Education Providers with DAMA International, our graduates undertake ongoing training and certification via our Institute of Data Management. Courses cover data management, data governance, data quality, data modelling and more… We also support you to become a Certified Data Management Professional.

When are you taking on graduates?
We will have an intake in the second half of 2023. If you are still studying you are welcome to apply and indicate you’re interested in a part-time position.
What degrees are you looking for? Do I need a specific degree or any subject prerequisites?
There is no degree or subject pre-requisite.
We have graduates from backgrounds as broad as Chemical & Biomedical Engineering, Science, Medical Science, Botany/Plant Biology, Psychology and Copywriting. We look for aptitude and fit over area of study.
What qualities or skills are you looking for?
We look for people who are naturally curious, who like to solve problems, who can communicate, who like to keep learning and are interested in working with organisations that contribute to Australian society. We also love working with people who do extra-curricular activities – can be anything!
I don’t have experience working with data – is that an issue?
We believe everyone has experience working with data. It isn’t a problem if you haven’t studied data or statistics formally – we will train you and provide lots of on-the-job opportunities to learn.
English is my second language – is that an issue?
Not a problem. We welcome international students.
What are the GPA requirements?
There are no GPA requirements. We encourage everyone to apply.
How long is the program?
It varies depending on the graduate – there is no set length. Typically graduates stay with us for 1-2 years.
Are there job opportunities at the end of the program?
Very likely!
Can I work from home?
Yes – we operate on a hybrid model where you will have the opportunity to work from home some days in the week. We also work from WeWork, 320 Pitt Street, Sydney.
