Sydney, Australia — Management consultancy firm Robinson Ryan, through its training arm, the Institute for Data Management, is proud to announce the launch of its new micro-credential system designed to empower and upskill data professionals at every level. The system offers modular, stackable micro-credentials that provide professionals with multiple pathways to achieving CDMP certification, helping them advance their careers in an increasingly competitive job market hungry for skilled talent.
The new micro-credentials address the needs of today’s business landscape and offers both technical and human skills to aspiring data professionals. Enrolled professionals can then build skills at their own pace and potentially build upon their progress within the Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) framework.

Each course is designed to address critical areas of data management competency and help professionals build practical skills that will have an immediate impact. Where applicable, courses will also align with the newly revised DMBoK. Each micro-credential achieved will enable participants to invest in key areas of competency, including both technical skills such as data governance and advanced analytics, and essential human skills like stakeholder engagement and communication.
Professionals will then be able to showcase their expertise through badges that are recognised by employers and industry leaders alike, enhancing their CVs and prospects for career progression. More broadly Robinson Ryan’s aim is to uplift data capability across all sectors including public and private enterprises.
